The Davis County Amateur Radio Club proudly maintains "Affiliated Club Status" with the Amateur Radio Relay League (ARRL). Among other things, this means that at least 51% of the DCARC membership is a member of the ARRL. We encourage all members of DCARC to maintain a concurrent membership in the ARRL because of the benefits this brings to our club and the individual member. Among other benefits of ARRL membership, you receive the following:
The ARRL is a membership service organization which serves the over 600,000 Amateur Radio operators, enthusiasts, experimenters and hobbyists in the United States, its territories and possessions. ARRL is a member society of the International Amateur Radio Union. The American Radio Relay League is the principal representative of the Amateur Radio Services, serving members by protecting and enhancing spectrum access and providing a national resource to the public.
