DCARC conducts official W5YI VE test sessions four times a year on the first full week’s Wednesday of March, June, September and December. Testing is always scheduled to begin at 6:30 pm. Richard Bean, was Ham Operator K7MOC for nearly 60 years prior to his passing in April.
