On Saturday, June 19, 2021 the Davis County Amateur Radio Club (DCARC) will participate in the ARRL KIDS DAY activity. This activity encourages youth of all ages to learn about Amateur Radio and provides an opportunity to operate a Ham Radio to connect, via radio, with other youth throughout the world.
This family friendly event will be held in the main parking lot of Davis County Sheriff’s department located 800 West State Street, Farmington, Utah 84025 on Saturday, June 19, 2021 from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Volunteers with DCARC will be on hand to assist visitors in operating one of the many radio stations that will be setup for visitors to try their hand at making a contact. This activity is open to all free of charge.
