When it became obvious that Monte Christo would not be available, we were glad to find a close option in the Hooper City Park. Not only was it a great opportunity to operated but also a lot of fun being able compare notes with other hams and learn something new about Amateur Radio.
Good friends, good food, a beautiful spot, nice weather and the opportunity to learn more. You just can’t beat that. Watch for our club points placement in QST. We will give you a report as soon as the dust settles.
Thanks to Roy Rasband KF7USN for chairing the event. Thanks to all for your help in setting up and taking down. Thanks for coming to operate. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
