I am very happy to announce that our presenter for January is Max George. Max is an experienced DXpeditioner and has fantastic insight and operating in remote areas of the globe. The presentation on Saturday will focus on the 2023 Swains island DXpedition W8S where he operated in early October. Max was one of 10 Operators (5 Dutch, 3 German and 2 US operators) on the expedition. During his Max’s presentation he will cover some background on the island and the effort required to do a large expedition like this. The DXpedition team logged almost 92,000 QSO’s while on the island.
