This activity encourages youth of all ages to learn about Amateur Radio and provides an opportunity to operate a Ham Radio to connect, via radio, with other youth throughout the world. DCARC conducts official W5YI VE test sessions four times a year in March, June, September and December. Testing is always scheduled to begin at 7:00 pm.
